Vibhor Tewari is a legal scholar, advocate, entrepreneur, educator, and author who has dedicated his career to creating legal awareness, fostering legal education, and making law accessible to all.
As the founder of Lawerness, a platform committed to spreading legal awareness, he envisions a society where legal knowledge is not just confined to legal professionals but reaches the common people, empowering them to understand their rights and responsibilities.
His expertise spans jurisprudence, corporate law, and legal strategy, making him a dynamic force in both academia and the legal industry. With a deep-rooted commitment to justice, research, and entrepreneurship, Vibhor aims to revolutionize legal education and contribute significantly to the field of law.
Vibhor’s academic journey is a testament to his dedication to the legal field. He holds a BA LLB from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, and an LLM in Corporate Law from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur. His specialization in corporate law, corporate restructuring, and jurisprudence has shaped his legal thought process, leading him to author a dissertation titled "Strategic Dynamics of Corporate Reconstruction: A Game Theoretic Analysis." Recognizing its significance, he is working on publishing this dissertation as a book, which will contribute to corporate law scholarship and assist legal professionals in understanding the strategic aspects of corporate restructuring.
In addition to his academic pursuits, he is a practicing advocate at the High Court of Uttarakhand in Nainital, where he actively handles legal cases, gaining firsthand experience in litigation and legal strategy. His work as an advocate complements his mission of legal awareness, allowing him to apply legal principles in real-world situations while educating others on their implications.
Beyond legal education, Vibhor has a strong entrepreneurial vision, seeking to build businesses that create a meaningful impact. His passion for entrepreneurship led him to establish 2amthoughts. This initiative is designed to help businesses and professionals strengthen their digital presence and engage effectively with their audiences.
Vibhor is not just a legal expert and entrepreneur—he is also a published author. His fictional novel, The Ruins of the Crown, was inspired by his near-death experience during COVID-19, a moment that reshaped his perspective on life and deepened his commitment to leaving behind something meaningful. His storytelling abilities reflect his creative side and his ability to craft compelling narratives.
